Our Church Rummage Sale donates to local community.
While shopping for treasures at the Batavia City Wide Garage Sale, do not overlook the Congregational Church of Batavia Rummage Sale! A variety of household items, clothing, games, books, furniture, bicycles, and more may be found indoors and outside on the church grounds at 21 S. Batavia Ave., Batavia.
More important than the bargains you will find is knowing the proceeds will go to the church’s Outreach team, which supports local and other ministries including:
• C.A.S.A. Kane County
• Lazarus House
• Hesed House
• Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry
• HorsePower Therapeutic Riding (St. Charles)
• Youth Outlook
• Kay Angel Children's Home, Jacmel Haiti
Donations for the rummage sale are still being accepted, up until May 2. Items may be delivered to the church office from 9 am until noon, or contact Susan Price (susanncprice@gmail.com, 630-362-6980) for more information. Pick up may be arranged for oversize donations.
